By submitting this application, you (“the Applicant”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below, as set forth by Smooth Funding (Pty) Ltd, a South African business funding partner and financial services provider.

Smooth Funding operates through a network of third-party finance partners, service providers, and internal systems to facilitate business funding. Depending on the service offering, we may act as an intermediary, a platform provider, or participate in the credit assessment or lending process.

2. Eligibility & Use of Information

The Applicant confirms they are duly authorised to act on behalf of the applying business.

The Applicant understands that submitting false or misleading information may result in the rejection of their application and potential legal consequences.

Smooth Funding reserves the right to verify all submitted information via third-party services, credit bureaus, or internal underwriting processes.

3. No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an application does not guarantee that your business will be approved for financing. Each funding decision is subject to the criteria, risk assessments, and discretion of Smooth Funding and/or its funding partners.

4. Fee Disclosure

Smooth Funding may earn fees through success-based arrangements, platform usage, or integrated service offerings. All applicable fees will be disclosed in advance where relevant to the client’s funding process.

5. Electronic Communication Consent

By applying, you consent to receive electronic communication from Smooth Funding and its finance or service partners regarding your application, offers, follow-ups, or relevant business content.
